Ruth is an alumna of the University of Warwick, graduating with First Class honours in History in 2021. Ruth’s journey into the world of communication and engagement began as a fresh graduate at Warner Media (now, Warner Bros. Discovery). Here, she honed her skills in Internal Communications and Engagement. This early exposure to the world of media provided her with a deep understanding of the importance of connecting people and ideas through storytelling. 🎨👥
BISMAN DEU
At the age of 15, Bisman invented a low cost building material called 'Greenwood', made up of rice waste which aims at providing affordable housing to the underprivileged. In 2017, she made it to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for social entrepreneurship. She was a highlighted speaker at the Nexus Global Youth Summit in New York, the Women Economic Forum, panelist alongside Warren Buffet at the Global CEO Summit as well as keynote speaker at the launch of UNICEF's Flagship publication, 'State of the World’s Children’. Currently working as a consultant in London, Bisman is not only passionate about sustainability and innovation but is also an ardent supporter of women rights and women in entrepreneurship.
NISSI OGULU
Nissi Ogulu, a 26-year-old Nigerian singer, is making waves in the world of music and fashion, pushing the boundaries of Afrobeats and redefining what it means to be a modern artist. As a multifaceted artist, she's renowned for her prowess as a Singer-songwriter, Fine Artist, and Creative Director, creating a tapestry of diverse talents and a unique fusion of culture and innovation.
Although Nissi has strong familial connections to the music industry, she is determined not to be confined to any specific genre or label, echoing her sentiment that she "isn't a fan of boxes in general." She acknowledges the benefits of having a family that understands the music business and has been supportive of her artistic pursuits.
With the new release of her EP, "Unboxed," she continues to captivate audiences with her music and unique style, establishing herself as a multi-talented artist who transcends boundaries and defies expectations.
